NamePress Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the NamePress app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Akshay (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
What The App Does
The Application generates PDF certificates by placing names onto PDF templates. All certificate generation happens locally on your device. The names, templates, and generated certificates you create are never sent to any server.
Information Collection and Use
The Application itself does not directly collect personal information. However, the Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
The following data may be collected by third-party services integrated into the Application:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
- Advertising identifier (Ad ID)
- Device information (model, operating system version)
- Ad interaction data (views, clicks)
- General usage information
Advertisements
The Application displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use cookies, device identifiers, and other technologies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. AdMob's data collection is governed by Google's privacy policy.
Network Connections
In addition to advertisements, the Application connects to the internet to download font files for certificate customization from:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com)
- GitHub (raw.githubusercontent.com)
These connections transmit only the font name requested. Your IP address is visible to these services as part of normal internet communication. Downloaded fonts are cached locally on your device.
Local Storage
The Application stores the following data locally on your device:
- Downloaded font files (for caching)
- App preferences
- Generated PDF certificates
This data never leaves your device and can be cleared by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

The Application uses third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies about handling data:
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting your device settings:
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider does not maintain any server-side databases of user information. All data generated by the Application remains on your device. Third-party services (AdMob, Google Fonts) maintain their own data retention policies as described in their respective privacy policies.

Children
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information through a third-party service, please contact the Service Provider (com.akshaycp@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. All network connections use HTTPS encryption. Certificate generation occurs entirely on-device.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
